Free Standard Shipping for all U.S. orders. 

Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the next day.

For In-Stock Items:

P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO addresses cannot receive guaranteed shipping. 

Alaska, Hawaii, Canadian Territories and other remote regions may take longer to ship.

If it’s been over 20 days and your order has not arrived, kindly contact sales@ximenavalero.com  and our team will help you check your parcel status and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that the shipping cost is calculated based on your location and the weight of the dress you ordered. The exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. 

International customers are responsible for all fees imposed, including import taxes, custom duties, and fees levied by the buyer’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Kindly contact your local customs office for further information.

Orders can become delayed in customs beyond our estimated delivery time. 

We recommend that you give yourself enough time to receive your shipments in a timely manner. Ximena Valero Brands cannot be held responsible for delays due to the courier service’s holiday shipping schedule.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We allow cancellations up to 24 hours starting from when you placed your order. 

Please contact our sales department sales@ximenavalero.com if you would like to cancel your order.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted.

Please make sure to order the correct size. A sizing chart is available for your convenience.

If you are not completely satisfied with the fit of your purchase you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from arrival of shipment in exchange for a different size.

Returned dresses must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed with all tags attached.

Returns cannot be custom-made dresses.

Only one return is allowed per item purchased.

We are not responsible for any returning shipping costs.
